ABOUT THE BRAND

1. What does "Chantes" mean? "Chantes" comes from Caló (the Romani language) and is influenced by Nahuatl ("chantli"), meaning "house" or "home." For us, it represents belonging, our northern roots, and that sense of identity we proudly carry wherever we go.

2. Who are we? Chantes Brand was founded in 2023 by Alfredo Contreras in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, with the dream of sharing the culture and essence of Northwest Mexico through quality products.

3. What type of products do you sell? We specialize in caps and accessories with regional identity ("Roots," "Origin"). Our catalog is constantly growing with limited editions that tell a story.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive? The total time is divided into two steps:

Preparation: It takes us 1 to 3 business days to prepare your package in our warehouse.

Transit (Parcel Delivery): Once collected, Economy shipping takes 4 to 5 business days and Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days.

    • Note: If you live in an "Extended Zone", the package may take a few extra days.

5. Do you ship to the United States? Yes! We ship to all of the USA. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks . Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs inspections.

6. I entered the wrong address, what should I do? Write to us URGENTLY at contacto.chantesbrand@gmail.com . If your package hasn't shipped yet, we can correct it. If the package has already been shipped and the courier returns it due to an "incorrect address," you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

7. Can I exchange my cap if it doesn't fit or I don't like it? Yes, you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request an exchange.

  • Condition: The cap must be new, clean (no sweat or makeup), with tags and in its original box.

  • Cost: If the change is due to personal preference or size, the shipping costs (round trip) are your responsibility.

8. What do I do if my product arrived damaged or is incorrect? We apologize! In this case, we take responsibility. Send us photos of the defect to our email within the first 48 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

9. Are there any products that cannot be returned? Yes. We do not accept returns on:

  • Products purchased on Sale / Clearance .

  • Personalized items.

  • Used or damaged caps (for hygiene reasons).


ORDERS AND PRE-SALES

10. Can I cancel my purchase?

  • Normal Stock: Only within the first 2 hours after your purchase (if we have not generated the guide).

  • Pre-orders: NO. Pre-order items are made to order especially for you, so we do not accept cancellations once payment has been confirmed.

11. Why is my pre-order taking longer? When you pre-order, you're securing a piece before mass production. Waiting times are longer (indicated in the product description) because we're producing your piece with the quality you deserve.
